About Go Shout Love

Go Shout Love is all about doing amazing things for amazing families with kids on rare medical journeys. We feature a different child each month and spend all month long shouting love and celebrating them in big ways.

We believe in the power of being loud and we hope you will join us in making some noise for these families. Head over to our shop where you can apparel inspired by our featured families and other items where 85% of the net campaign funds during the month go directly to the family to help with items related to the care of the children.

Josh and Rashele live in Springfield, MO with their sons Lyle and Milo. Rashele invests in kids as a third grade teacher and has a serious chocolate addiction. Josh owns a marketing agency designed to help do-good organizations thrive and thinks spreadsheets truly make the world go round. They count it a rich blessing to help tell the stories and shout love for these brave kids and parents!

Paige is a marketing strategist that lives in Kansas City, MO who loves photography, cooking and traveling! Since graduating with her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Marketing in 2017, she has been helping to tell the stories of these awesome kids and their families. She considers it the greatest honor to help give these families a voice!

SETH CARNELL

Storyteller

Seth and his wife McKenna live in Willard, MO with their Four active boys, Charlie, Bryce, Spencer and Levi. Seth owns a production company that specializes in producing videos and telling stories through organizations that are aiming to have a positive impact in the community. He considers it a tremendous blessing to be able to meet these amazing families and share their incredible stories.

KYLE SLOAN

President
Kyle Sloan Lives in Oklahoma City with his wife Lindsay, and their four kids (three Boys, and a Girl). Professionally Kyle works as Sr. Manager in Merchandising for a national multi-billion dollar retail and fuel organization. Kyle has an undergraduate degree in Business with a minor in Organizational Leadership from MidAmerica Nazarene University. His graduate degree is an MBA with a focus of E-Commerce from Oklahoma Christian University.

TRENT SIMS

Vice-President
Trent serves as Grant Manager at the Council of Churches of the Ozarks in Springfield, MO, and as an adjunct professor at Missouri State University. Bi-vocationally employed in non-profit service and higher education, Trent helps visionary leaders, non-profit organizations, and students actualize their dreams. As a non-profit project manager, he strives to enhance daily operations, program outcomes, and fundraising systems. As an adjunct instructor, he has a passion for project-based learning and the building blocks of knowledge cultivated through introductory coursework, hands-on engagement, and deliberate dialogue. Trent has been a long-time supporter and advocate for Go Shout Love. He lives in Springfield, MO with his wife Amanda.

AMY GOSSEN

Secretary
Amy and her husband Robb live in Beaverton, OR with their two children, Ally and Ki. Amy has worked as a physical therapist for the last 18 years and currently serves in the home health setting. When she is not working, Amy joins her husband Robb serving the youth and families of their local church body. Amy enjoys time at the beach and exploring nature with her family. Her family loves being able to shouting love each month for these awesome kids, and now, she feels so honored to be serve on GSL board.

ERIC GRANGER

Treasurer
Eric holds an MBA in Finance from Missouri State University and has 15 years of finance and accounting leadership experience. Previous non-profit and volunteer experience includes Accountant for Harmony House, Treasurer for One life Church in Springfield, MO and Host for Leadercast Trinity, FL. Eric lives in the Tampa, FL area and enjoys golfing, biking and hiking. Go Shout Love’s mission of bringing a voice to the children and families whose journeys may feel lonely and isolating serves as an inspiration.

Executive Director
Josh has worked in marketing and communications since 2007, including in-house corporate marketing and running his own agency. He is honored to help lead the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of Go Shout Love along with the other members of the Board of Directors.

Go Shout Love is a nonprofit striving to do amazing things for amazing families with kids on rare medical journeys by raising awareness, funds, and creating community through social media. We feature a different family every month and we spend all month long celebrating that family and shouting love for them. We raise funds through the sales of our inspirational, unique, and positive apparel that is designed every month inspired by our featured child. 85% of the net campaign funds during the month go directly to the family to help with items related to the care of the kiddos. The remaining 15% help support the operation of Go Shout Love.

Nominations can be made through the nomination form located here!

No, the illness does not have to be officially classified as rare. We look at each nomination on a case-by-case basis including the overall situation of the family.

All featured families are first nominated through the form located here. All nominations are then reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis who consider a variety of factors including level of financial need for the family, nature of the diagnosis, location, and availability of the family. We try to schedule out our featured families around three months in advance. We continue to keep all nominations in front of us so if a family isn’t immediately selected to be featured, that does not mean they won’t be featured in the future.

This is one of our most frequently asked questions. The best way you can help is make a purchase and spread the word by telling other people about Go Shout Love and what we are doing! By purchasing a shirt and letting people know where you got it, who the shirt was made for, our featured families get more encouragement and financial support! We encourage all of our shouters to follow us closely and on social media and use your influence to rally support for each of our featured families!

We are incredibly grateful for each purchase and strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, because each design is unique to Go Shout Love, there may be brief delays based on inventory and time needed for production. Please allow up to three weeks for shipment.

As some items are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges. You can email team@goshout.love with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs if an exchange is possible.

With the monthly subscription, you will be charged the same amount each month based on the item(s) selected at checkout and will be shipped each month’s shirt after successful payment.

As a monthly subscriber, you save $3/month on each item compared to regular checkout. Your subscription size can be changed at any time. Subscriptions require a four-month minimum commitment. Any cancellations requested before four successful payments will be charged full-price for all shirts received.
